Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the company has paid the penalty of Rs. 31,000 (Rupees Thirty One Thousand only) to Calcutta Stock Exchange for not resolving the complaint of investor within 60 days.
